How to support us

You want to support us in the realization of the project Commemorative Stones Jewish Alkmaar?

Our goal is to bring back in memory - by placing the stones - the names of the about 180 Alkmaar victims of the Holocaust. They were all former citizens of this city and we want to remember them at the place where they lived or had to hide. We may never forget these
people and what happend in those years.

To produce and place a Commemorative Stone costs - including adiminstrative and developing costs )* - about 55 Euro. All donations are welcome.

With those stones we can show as an Alkmaar Society that we do not forget our former Jewish citizins.

)*  'adminstrative and developing cotsts' are -for instance- costs for mailings, website maintenance and to be able to lay stones and to hold the ceremonies and meetings.
